Public's Help Sought In Locating Family Of Man Who Died In Garden Grove

ORANGE COUNTY (CBSLA.com) — The Orange County Coroner's Office Tuesday was asking the public's help in locating the family of a 49-year-old man who died in Garden Grove.

Tuan Lac Phan died on Sept. 24 at Garden Grove Hospital, OC Sheriff's Department said.

Phan is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He had a disability and used a walker.

Deputies say he was a transient and was known to frequent Garden Grove, Fountain Valley and Westminster.

At an unspecified time, Phan lived in Texas, authorities said.
