LONG BEACH (CBSLA.com) — Authorities said a man suspected in as many as 40 break-ins has been arrested.

Israel Valencia, 33, was taken into custody in Long Beach on Monday.

On Wednesday, officials charged him with six counts of car burglary and receiving stolen property.

The suspect was arrested during a routine traffic stop early Monday and allegedly found with several car stereos and GPS devices.
