HESPERIA (CBSLA.com) — San Bernardino County Sheriff’s have charged a 23-year-old man with murder of a 1-year-old that was allegedly in his care.
Officials said on Wednesday at approximately 10:45 p.m. they responded to a medical call in the 1700 block of Olive Street in Hesperia.
Upon arriving on the scene, they found a 1-year-old child who was having difficulty breathing.
The child was taken to Desert Valley Hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
