Power Restored To Most SCE Customers Without Power In Marina Del Rey, Part Of Venice

MARINA DEL REY (CBSLA.com) — Power was restored to a majority of Southern California Edison customers in Marina del Rey and part of Venice who were without power Thursday morning.

The outage, which was reported just after 8:20 a.m., affected a total 4,228 customers, SCE spokesman Paul Klein said.

By 2 p.m., power had been restored to approximately 3,600 customers, according to authorities.

SCE officials originally estimated power would be restored to the area around noon.

It was unclear what caused the outage.
