In-N-Out's 'Monkey Style' Burger Too Good To Be True

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Looks like In-N-Out's newest "off-the-menu" burger is too good to be true.

The so-called "Monkey Style" burger, supposedly investigated by Orange County Foodbeast blogger Elie Ayrouth, allegedly contained a Double-Double with fries, grilled onions and extra sauce stuffed in between two buns.

Ayrouth posted a video on YouTube, which showed him ordering and eventually chowing down on the Animal Style fries shoved into a burger.

Head honchos at In-N-Out, however, told KCAL9 that the burger tragically doesn't exist.

"For a variety of reasons, we're unable to prepare burgers in the manner that a few websites have described as 'Monkey Style,'" said Carl Van Fleet, the VP of planning and development for In-N-Out Burger.

KCAL9 asked Ayrouth if he tried to create a hoax by simply putting an order of fries on top of a burger, but he didn't respond.
