LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A paparazzo filed a lawsuit against Justin Bieber Wednesday, claiming the singer assaulted him last year at a shopping mall in Southern California.

Jose Duran said he was taking pictures of Bieber and then-girlfriend Selena Gomez at The Commons at Calabasas when the 19-year-old became frustrated because he couldn’t drive out of the parking lot.
