Recipes

Green Booster

Pineapple, Orange, Spinach – also going to throw in a little Spinach or Kale (DEMO)
1 whole orange, cut into quarters
2 cups of pineapple
handful of spinach
½ cup of water
Cruzan Rum
Blend

Classic Planter's Punch

2 oz Cruzan Dark Rum
½ cup of blended juice
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Splash of grenadine
Tip: Blending with crushed ice creates a frothy, light sipping drink that is beautiful to look at and as a wonderful texture.

Coconut Water Colada

1.5 oz Cruzan Coconut rum
1 Tablespoon of Amoretti coconut cream
1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice
1.5 oz coconut water
Splash of coconut milk
Tip: Blend, first without ice. This will give it a light and airy texture. Then, add about a half cup of ice on HIGH. Then bring it down to low. This will make it really creamy because I'm whipping the air out of the drink.
Meringue made with egg white and sugar, low fat and creamy.
