OXNARD (CBSLA.com) — Officials in Oxnard are continuing the search for a 13-year-old girl reported missing earlier this week.

Samantha Torres, an 8th grade student at Rio Del Valle Middle School, was last seen on May 4, about 7 p.m.

When last seen, Torres had just left a relative’s apartment in the 2400 block of Alvarado Street in Oxnard.

The girl is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall, having brown eyes and long reddish-brown hair.
