Officers Deployed To Pasadena High School Following Anonymous Threat

PASADENA (CBSLA.com) — Police officers will be at Pasadena High School Thursday and Friday due to an anonymous threat of violence against the campus.

The school reportedly received a threatening note earlier this week.

Investigators say they have found no information to substantiate a threat, but the Pasadena Police Department is deploying extra officers to the school, which is located at 2925 East Sierra Madre Blvd.

A pre-recorded telephone and email message was sent out to parents Wednesday night.

Anyone with information about the threat was asked to call (800)78-CRIME.
