Police Ask For Public's Help To Locate Hollywood Woman, 82

HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating an 82-year-old Hollywood woman with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.

Los Angeles police said in a news release that Bok Dal Kang was last seen leaving her home in the 1900 block of Argyle Avenue about 7:45 a.m. Friday.

According to authorities, the 5-foot-4-inch tall woman weighs about 130 pounds. She uses a walker, wears glasses and speaks primarily Korean.

She has grayish brown hair, brown eyes and a light complexion with age spots on her face, the statement said.

Anyone with information as to Kang's whereabouts is asked to call LAPD's Hollywood Station at (213) 485-4328.
