2 Wounded In Shooting In Southwest Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Authorities on Wednesday were investigating the circumstances surrounding a shooting that left two people wounded in Southwest Los Angeles.

Los Angeles police Sgt. Robin Brown says the shooting in the 4300 block of Raymond Avenue near Vernon Avenue occurred about 11:40 a.m.

"Two men suffered gunshot wounds from a black male riding a bicycle," Brown said. "It's possibly gang related, but we still don't know yet."

Brown said the victims -- whose ages were not released -- were reported in stable condition and transported to a hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
