Brush Fire Erupts Near Highway 138 In Pinon Hills
PINON HILLS (CBS) — A brush fire that scorched 55 acres near the Los Angeles-San Bernardino county line was 80 percent contained on Saturday.
The Oasis fire was burning between Highway 138 and 263rd Street East in Pinon Hills.
There was no immediate threat to structures in the area, according to Bill Peters, Public Information Officer for Cal Fire.
Firefighters responded to the scene at 11:43 a.m., a dispatcher said.
