'Let's Move CA' Aims To Combat Childhood Obesity

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Local leaders are launching a new campaign called Let's Move California! to help combat childhood obesity in the state. It's supported by the First Lady's Let's Move Initiative.

Denise Hunter, President and COO of First AME FAME Assistance Corporation, appeared on KCAL9 News on Sunday morning to discuss an upcoming Fitness Feria event.

The event, scheduled for next Saturday, will take place at the Robert F. Kennedy Schools on 701 South Catalina Street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Robert F. Kennedy Schools.
