LOS ANGELES (CBS) — President Obama is expected to return to the Southland Wednesday afternoon for a fundraiser at the Regent Beverly Wilshire.

The president, who was also in town last month for a record-setting fundraiser at George Clooney's Studio City mansion, held a trio of events with former President Bill Clinton in New York City earlier this week. He is expected to stop in San Francisco Wednesday morning before heading down to Los Angeles.

Evening traffic will likely be affected in Beverly Hills, Westwood, and other areas of the Westside.

Although the White House and Secret Service never disclose motorcade routes, the president has helicoptered from LAX to the Veterans Administration Hospital during recent trips. He has also used Sunset Boulevard to travel to Beverly Hills.

The president will wrap up his trip with another event tomorrow morning before heading to Nevada.
