APPLE VALLEY (CBS) — Roy Cullumber, an Apple Valley Fire Protection District Captain, was last seen Monday, Fire Chief Art Bishop said.

A Facebook post asking to help find Cullumber says his credit card was last used Monday at a Home Depot in Victorville.

Friends and family describe the man as an avid outdoorsman but said that it is unusual for him to go days without contacting his family.

He was reportedly on a two-month leave after a non-work related injury. Family said he went to run errands and was expected to return.

Cullumber was last seen wearing blue jeans, tennis shoes and a navy polo shirt. He’s driving a blue Toyota Yaris with a license plate reading 6JDR332.
