Jansen In, Guerra Out As Dodgers Closer

(CBS) -- Don Mattingly announced on Monday that Javy Guerra has been removed as the Dodgers closer and replaced by Kenley Jansen.

Jansen has 11 career saves, and an ERA of 2.70 this season.

Guerra has struggled in 2012, allowing eight runs in 12 1/3 IP.
