Actress Sharon Leal Dishes On New Movie 'Woman Thou Art Loosed'

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Actress Sharon Leal stopped by the KCAL9 studios Tuesday to talk about her new movie, "Woman Thou Art Loosed: On the 7th Day."

The movie stars Leal, Pam Grier and Blair Underwood and hits theaters nationwide this Friday.

An independent psychological thriller, the story revolves around Kari and David Ames, an upper-class professional couple in New Orleans who have seemingly built the perfect life until Kari's dark past is unveiled following the kidnapping of their 6-year old daughter. As they desperately search for their child, Kari realizes she's not the only one who has secrets. Forced to confront the truth, life spirals out-of-control for the both of them. Pastor T.D. Jakes follows up his award-winning film of the same name with this powerful sequel based on his best-selling novel.
