Kershaw Allows 2 Runs In 6 Innings Against Brewers
PHOENIX (AP) Shaun Marcum pitched three scoreless innings in his spring debut and a Milwaukee Brewers split squad beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 7-1 on Sunday.
Norichika Aoki hit his first home run since joining Milwaukee from Japan's Central League this winter and Rickie Weeks added an RBI double for the Brewers.
Marcum, who has been slowed by soreness in his right shoulder, gave up only a walk to Trent Oetjen and a single to Jerry Hairston in the third inning. He struck out three.
Dodgers starter Clayton Kershaw pitched in and out of trouble, allowing two runs and six hits in six innings with two walks and two strikeouts.
Jerry Hairston, who received anti-inflammatory medication on Saturday to help with lingering soreness in his right shoulder, had two hits for Los Angeles.
