VICTORVILLE (AP) — The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department says deputies shot and killed a man in his backyard in Victorville.

The department said in a news release that a 911 call was received Saturday saying the suspect was in an argument and he was armed at his home in Victorville.

The statement says deputies arrived within minutes and found the suspect in his backyard.

It says the man immediately pulled out a gun, and the deputies shot him. Paramedics declared him dead at the scene. No deputies were injured.

The department did not say how many deputies fired on the man, or how many shots were fired.

The suspect’s name and age were not immediately released.

As required in such cases, sheriff’s homicide detectives are investigating.

What? No comments yet from the blacks and hispanics crying how the deputies “killed” an innocent man? Oh yeah….it’s only noon…they are all still asleep.
