Christie's Extending Viewing Hours For Elizabeth Taylor Collection

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Fans and collectors eager to see the exhibition of The Collection of Elizabeth Taylor visiting Los Angeles this weekend will have another shot at scoring tickets to this highly-anticipated event.

After completely selling out of tickets to the four-day public exhibition that starts this Thursday at MOCA Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles, Christie's announced Monday it will extend the exhibition hours to allow special Friday and Saturday evening views from 8pm to midnight, October 14 and 15.

Tickets for these additional hours will cost $50 each and will go on sale Tuesday morning, October 11  here.

In keeping with Elizabeth Taylor's life-long devotion to humanitarian causes, Christie's also announced that a portion of the profits generated by ticket sales and select publications and events will be donated to The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation (ETAF).
