SANTA ANA (AP) — A former U.S. Marine convicted of three murders in Illinois has made his first court appearance in California to face charges that he killed five more women.
Andrew Urdiales, 47, was brought before Orange County Superior Court Judge Craig Robison on Friday but his arraignment was postponed to Dec. 1.READ MORE: Los Angeles Clippers Hold Off Lakers, 119-115

The parents of victim Robbin Brandley watched the proceeding. Jack and Genelle Reilley expressed relief that Urdiales was finally in California custody.
