STUDIO CITY (CBS) — For the latest “Dine on a Dime,” Entertainment Reporter Suzanne Marques goes to a decadent throwback restaurant, the Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City.

Black Market Liquor serves up comfort foods from around the world, classic cocktails (with all fresh ingredients), deep fried cauliflower with a lemon aioli and fluffer nutters — marshmallow fluff, peanut butter and banana.

Marques helped Lofaso make her favorite dish. “It’s the one I take from restaurant to restaurant,” Lofaso says. “The mussels. I love them.” (Her secret ingredient? Sugar! Who would have thunk it!?)
