HOLLYWOOD (CBS) — The FBI announced Friday an arrest of the so-called ‘Tourist Bandit’, responsible for a series of bank heists in and around Hollywood and Venice.

Rex Lutton, 54, and no known address, was arrested Friday after officials say he attempted to rob a customer inside a Bank of America branch on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood.
