Kemp's Walk-Off Single Leads Dodgers To 1-0 Win Over Astros
(CBS) -- The Los Angeles Dodgers improved to 6-0 in extra inning games after Matt Kemp flared a single in the 10th inning leading the Dodgers to a 1-0 win over the Houston Astros.
It's hard to believe the game went into extra-innings, in the bottom of the ninth, the Dodgers wasted a leadoff triple by Juan Rivera and left the bases loaded with nobody out after Fernando Rodriguez got Tony Gwynn Jr, Jamey Carroll and Aaron Miles to strand the winning run.
Dodgers rookie Nathan Eovaldi pitched six scoreless innings in his second career major league start.
