A celebrity fitness trainer (some of his clients include Jessica Biel, Heather Locklear, Ashley Judd, Chris Evans, NY Yankee Aaron Boone and boxer Laila Ali) came up with the method…but you can get in shape for a lot less than the stars pay.

CBS2’s Suraya Fadel went in search of the training method and the trainer.
