Green appeared with his attorneys before Riverside County Superior Court Judge Roger Luebs, who set a felony settlement conference in the case for Jan. 21 and tentatively scheduled a Feb. 10 preliminary hearing date.

About a dozen Riverside police officers, including three of the detectives who worked on the investigation, attended the hearing, along with Bonaminio's father, Joe Bonaminio, who declined to comment.
