TMZ: Arrest Warrant Issued For Michael Lohan
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Actress Lindsay Lohan's father, Michael Lohan, is back in legal hot water again.
According to TMZ.com, Lohan is the subject of the arrest warrant issued in Suffolk County, N.Y.
The arrest warrant issued this past week in New York, stems from a child support case in Montana, according to the web site.
The case reportedly involves a woman who claims Lohan fathered a child with her. The unidentified woman won an uncontested judgment in the case because Lohan never opposed the claim, according to TMZ.
Lohan told TMZ he made the first payment and he was late on a second payment, which may explain why the warrant was issued.
