LOS ANGELES (CBS/AP) - Police say a South Los Angeles pastor had sex with a 14-year-old girl participating in the church youth group.

Church Workers Surprised At Pastor's Arrest
Investigators say 45-year-old Leonel Pelayo of Carson was arrested and booked Thursday afternoon for investigation of sexually assaulting the teenager over several months. He was released several hours later after posting $140,000 bail.
Police say in a news release that Pelayo, the pastor at a church in South Los Angeles, befriended the teenager in a church youth group and took her to several vacant properties to have sex with her.
