Dodgers, Lilly To Work On Contract Extension
LOS ANGELES (CBS2) — The New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers failed to come to a deal that would have sent LHP Ted Lilly to the Bronx.
Now both Lilly and the Dodgers are interested in signing a contract that will keep Lilly in Dodger blue next season.
Lilly has been great with the Dodgers since the team aquired him at the trading deadline, posting a record of 5-1.
