2 Men, Woman Arrested In Gang-Related Shooting That Killed Father Of 2

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Two men and a woman have been arrested in connection with a gang-related shooting that killed an innocent bystander in Canoga Park, police said Thursday.

The shooting occurred at about 5:50 p.m. Oct. 6 in the 7200 block of Eaton Avenue.

Ariel Baker Paniagua, 22,and Hubaldo Martinez, 24, were arrested early Tuesday afternoon, according to jail booking records. Joseline Cuellar, 24, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. Wednesday. All were arrested for murder and attempted murder.

Bail was set at $4.1 million for Panigua and $5.1 million each for Martinez and Cuellar, according to the booking records.

The victim was identified as Eduardo Rebolledo, 38, who was sitting in his car after finishing work for an air conditioning company. He was struck by a stray bullet detectives said was one of several rounds the suspects fired at a vehicle in front of them.

No court dates were immediately set for the suspects.
