LA County Supervisors To Create Commission On Child Welfare
Los Angeles County Supervisors voted to create a child welfare commission Tuesday, as the Department of Child and Family Services faces continued scrutiny following a series of child abuse cases in which the agency failed to remove children from homes despite previous reports of abuse.
