For those interested or well-versed in architecture, the Fullerton General Hospital could be a desirable destination. In 1913, the Fullerton General Hospital was constructed and replaced the city's first hospital building that was established in 1903. The architectural styles are indicative of Craftsman and Mission Revival trends which are represented in the design of the courtyard and curved, copper-colored structures. George Amerige, a key figure in Fullerton's development, passed away at this historical venue in 1946, and in 1956, the hospital was closed

The Original Methodist Church is a blast from the past, yet is still currently operating as an active church. The structure was built in 1909 and serves as the city's longest remaining religious sanctuary. The red and brown bricks were handmade by the LA-based Simons Brick Company, and seasoned architect Albert R. Walker designed the church using Gothic and Colonial Revival influence. Additionally, the iridescent window panes showcased on the church serve as a distinct addition to architecture in the city of Fullerton. After you walk by and admire the majestic building, you may want to check out one of the church services being held.
