The cultural nexus for performing arts in Orange County is without a doubt the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Music lovers can enjoy Bizet's Carmen in February and world renowned cellist Yo Yo Ma in May. Home to the Anaheim Ducks, the Honda Center is the best place to watch the 2007 Stanley Cup winners battle on the ice now through April. For an exciting, family-friendly sporting event, there is no better place to go in Orange County than to see the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim play their hearts out for their fans. With superstar Mike Trout, the Angels ended the 2014 season with the best record in Major League Baseball, and they're looking to improve in the 2015 season. The Angels' home opener is against the Kansas City Royals on April 10th, but they wrap up spring training with a couple of games a week earlier.
