Remember the crunchy snow cones that you had as a kid? The ones that instantly fell apart when you took your first bite? Unlike snow cones, shave ice is fluffy, compact and is a completely different experience full of texture and flavor. Shaved ice is the perfect cool treat to enjoy this summer.

Fluff Ice describes their yummy treat as shaved ice with a twist. Their non-traditional Taiwanese shave ice starts off as a large cylindrical ice block infused with flavor and then shaved. The results are delicious as the soft flavor melts in your mouth. It’s like taking a bite into snowy heaven. Patrons choose from four sizes and prices include toppings such as lychee jelly, granola and egg pudding. The kiwi fluff is definitely must-try.
