Circuit Works
11677 San Vicente Blvd.
Los Angeles, CA 90049
(310) 826-4100

One of the best group personal training options in the city, Circuit Works combines interval cardio training with weighted strength training in 60 minutes. Ten weight stations are set up weekly (exercises change every Sunday) and work the lower and upper body (think glutes, quads, chest, triceps and shoulders too). After completing each station, fitness buffs head to the treadmill for both high- and low-incline running and sprinting. At the end of the workout, instructors lead a three to five minute abdominal workout highlighting the plank, bicycles, crunches and other creative moves to attain six-packs.
