The San Pedro City Ballet School (SPCB) will present "The Little Mermaid" on June 9th. This will be the company's spring recital to be performed at the Warner Grand Theatre. SPCB was founded in 1994 as a not-for-profit dance company serving the greater Los Angeles area. Its mission is to train dancers in the classical works and traditions. The Warner Grand Theatre opened to the public in 1931 and it has since continued to engage the community in the appreciation of the fine arts. The Agoura Hills Youth Ballet Theatre will present its original ballet "Alice in Wonderland" on June 24 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. This is the 10th annual production of this ballet, set to the music of American composer Leroy Anderson. The Pacific Ballet Dance Theatre will present "Dance in the USA" on August 17 at 8:30 p.m at The Ford Theatre.
