No SoCal burger list would be complete without a mention of In-N-Out, arguably one of California's most important exports. This 1948 California original is still serving up the exact same recipe of burgers since its opening, with little bells and whistles or fancy ingredients required. Without a trendy name, their cheeseburgers, and double-doubles are some of the world's best and the envy of most living outside of California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Utah. Made with 100% pure American beef with no fillers or additives, a unique spread (recipe unchanged since 1948), grilled or sliced onions, and a toasted bun, this freshly made, and quickly delivered, burger reigns supreme.
