Chapter One has several reasons for being the popular spot that it is. It has a vast array of signature cocktails, including a number of variations of one of the most popular cocktails around right now: the Moscow Mule. You’ll also find a variety of craft beers that include a large selection of local brews. The menu includes variations on favorite comfort foods like fries cooked in duck fat and macaroni and cheese that could easily become a favorite.
The Crow Bar

The Crow Bar has a tremendous selection of craft beers both on tap and in the bottle – including Mikkeller, which is not easy to find in bars. A glance at the menu shows a lot of old favorites as well as a new favorite for a lot of places: pork belly.

Kitsch Bar has a DJ every Saturday playing a mix of music that includes indie rock as well as hip-hop and pop. Kitsch Bar does more than that to prove that it is a hip place to be. Every Wednesday, new artisan cocktails are mixed with fresh produce. Kitsch also has a trivia night every Tuesday at 9:30pm where you can test your knowledge either by yourself or with up to three teammates.

Here you’ll find a Blood Orange Cosmo as well as a Maverick – made with gin, agave nectar, cucumber and lime juice. The Copper Door
