Beginning Memorial Day Weekend and running all through the summer, Movies on the Beach at the Newport Dunes is a great way to spend a weekend night. Cheap parking and plenty of sitting space should make for a comfortable night of cinema. Bring whatever food or drink you crave, just be sure to keep the beach looking as clean as it was when you got there and bring warm clothes, because it gets frosty during the night.

Indoor go-karts may not be everyone’s bag, but anyone with a need for speed will find plenty of it here in Anaheim. From bachelor parties to corporate gigs, hot dates to birthday gatherings, K1 offers a huge track and all the gear necessary to drive fast and turn around harrowing corners. Of course, alcohol and driving don’t mix, and what better way to prove that then going 40 mph in a tiny kart designed for speed and control.
