Judge Frees Man Who Spent More Than 13 Years In Prison For Crime He Says He Didn’t Commit
A San Fernando Valley man who spent more than 13 years in prison for a crime a federal judge said he didn’t commit was released Tuesday while an appeal on his case is pending.
