Officials have reopened a key freeway junction in the Los Angeles area that was shut down for 90 minutes by a brush fire.
The Paramount Boulevard bridge above the Pomona (60) Freeway reopened Saturday, 115 days after its predecessor was destroyed in a roiling gasoline tanker truck fire.
Some lanes of the northbound Golden State (5) Freeway will be closed overnight in the Sylmar area as part of a construction project.
