Chad Billingsley proved Spring Training doesn’t mean anything. The 27-year-old shook off a miserable exhibition season by dominating the San Diego Padres (0-2) in his first start of the season, throwing 8.1 shutout innings, while striking out 11 and allowing three hits as the Dodgers blanked the Padres, 6-0.
