YAS-a-thon Enlists Participants To Blast Calories While Raising Money For Cancer Research

Kimberly Fowler visited KCAL9 Saturday to discuss the annual YAS-a-thon – which is like a charity walk, except that participants ride a stationary bike — and raises money for cancer research. The events are hosted at YAS Fitness Centers, studios she founded across the Southland dedicated to combining spinning and yoga.
