Susan G. Komen 2014 Race For The Cure®
CBS2/KCAL9 is the proud media presenting sponsor of the 18th Annual Susan G. Komen Los Angeles County Race for the Cure®. The 5K and 10K Walk/Run and Kids Fun Run and festival will take place Saturday, March 1, at Dodger Stadium.
Join CBS Corp. as we walk to raise funds for breast cancer research, treatment and support programs.
Did you know?
• In the U.S., one woman will die of breast cancer every 13 minutes.
• Here in Los Angeles, 100 people are diagnosed with breast cancer every week.
The Race is the Reason we’re able to make a difference! Seventy-five percent of all funds raised will be used right here in Los Angeles County to help save the lives of our friends, family and neighbors!
