    I’m of the opinion that the Lakers need to start fresh.
    Let the the Life after Phil get started.
    The Triangle is not the BEST offense for today’s players.
    If it was then EVERYONE would want to use it.

    Here’s my Top 5 picks:
    #1 Adelman – Solid; get’s the most of of every 24 second clock; X and O guy
    #2 Scott – Hungry; Develops younger player very well; Has great success elsewhere
    #3 Van Gundy – Defense minded; Solid; Real Motivator ; X and O guy
    #4 Pearson – Develops younger player very well;
    #5 Cooper – Winner at all levels; Defense minded; Solid Leader

    Sloan didn’t make it because there is no way he going to coach again.
    Kurt didn’t make my list because he’s to flexible and may go back to running the Triangle

    If,i was the lakers mangement i would try to sign mike brown,because he can coach defense better than any coach in the nba .more importantly, he has been coach of the year with less talent team than what the lakers have now.also, he coach laron james ,so he will not have any problem coaching kobe bryant.Defense win titles Thus Mike brown would be the best choice for the lakers
