Man In His 60s Dies After Jumping From 2nd Story To Escape Hollywood Apartment Fire
HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA) — Investigators Sunday were looking into the cause of a deadly apartment fire in Hollywood.
The fire started after 3:40 a.m. at a two-story complex on Fairfax Avenue.
By the time firefighters arrived, they said a man had died after jumping from a second-story window. The fall resulted in his death.
Firefighters were able to contain the flames to a single apartment.
