LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A French artist has taken a photo of a boy named Kikito, who lives in Tecate, Mexico and blew it up to nearly 70 feet tall and installed it on the border wall making it appear he is peeking over it at the U.S. side.

JR, the artist behind the image says the installation, which was put up on Wednesday, is not a direct response to President Trump’s decision to end DACA.

Instead, he claims it’s just an image that came to him in a dream.
