Now That's Luck: Teen Wins California Lottery Twice In Single Week

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A teenage girl is walking away with more than $600,000 after winning the California lottery not once, but twice in a single week.

Rosa Dominguez was driving home from Arizona when she decided to stop in Paso Robles, California.

That's when she explains that she purchased Scratchers tickets, one of which was worth a whopping $555,000 - the top prize.

"I was so nervous, I just wanted to cry," said the 19-year-old.

But her lucky streak didn't end there.

Days later, while at a gas station, Dominguez purchased a single $5 Lucky Fortune Scratcher, which turned out to be worth $100,000.

Now that's luck.
