Woman Found Dead Inside Of Home In Bell

BELL (CBSLA.com) — Authorities Thursday investigated the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman in Bell.

Deputies were sent shortly after 7:30 a.m. to a  home located in the 7600 block of Pine Ave to assist with the investigation, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Paramedics pronounced the woman dead at the scene. Her identity is being withheld pending family notification.

No suspect description has been provided at this time.

Sheriffs said they were called to the location to conduct a welfare check on the resident.

The motive for the shooting remains under investigation.
