Sheriff's Chase Possible Stolen Car Suspect In Santa Clarita

SANTA CLARITA (CBSLA.com)   —  Sheriff's deputies chased a suspect Thursday in Santa Clarita.

It was unclear what the suspect was being chased for but he was believed to have been driving a stolen car.

The chase began around 3:30 p.m.

The suspect got out of his vehicle and attempted a foot bail but was apprehended after a brief chase.

The unidentified suspect did not go easily. At least four deputies wrestled with the man trying to get him handcuffed.

An ambulance was called to the scene. The suspect had clearly been injured. The extent of his injuries are unclear.
